| Answer: | Your personal security vault would not be opened. A court order or subpoena must specify a name, box number and contents. 24/7 Private Vaults is not your agent. We never have information about who you are, a related box number or its contents. |

| Answer: | We are in business to provide individuals and corporations the ability to store their valuables privately, anonymously and without a trace. |

| Answer: | The offices are open to new clients during the hours shown below however when you are a 24/7 Private Vaults Client, there are no hours. You can access your valuables-- anytime, 24/7. New Clients - Registration Hours are: 7 Days A Week 10am - 6pm |
| Question: | If I keep both keys and you don’t keep duplicates, what happens if I lose my keys ? |
| Answer: | First your identification is verified using iris recognition. Then a locksmith is called and your personal security vault is drilled in your presence. The lock is destroyed in the process so a new lock is installed. New keys are issued and you will be charged the service fee of $250. |
| Question: | How can I prove I’ve paid for my personal security vault? |
| Answer: | At the time of the initial transaction, you are given a receipt showing, the box number, date and amount of payment, and length of lease. |
| Question: | What if I rent a personal security vault and discover later that I need a larger one? |
| Answer: | There is no penalty. Just pay the difference. |
